Condo sold in 2 days for 99.6% of the asking price with the help of Home Staging!
This 2 bedroom condo was listed in the spring and fall of 2006 without any interest from buyers. Following a suggestion from their realtor, the homeowners enlisted the services of Burloak Home Staging & Design to be professionally staged.

When it was re-listed in January 2007, the new asking price was $10,000 higher than the original listing price and still sold for 99.6% of the newly listed price in just 2 days with only 2 showings!
